I was really trying to write an Aftershock episode for today. It's not going to happen. Episodic fiction as hard to deliver as it is, has a limit break. The only thing I can foresee now for the Whitmore brothers is the ending. Probably not death or anything intense like this boy Royal Geographic Society is the end of their road.
The series will stop at 20. The ending will be set in three weeks. I will change the point of view for the last two episodes. The episode where Marcus is thinking was to be the last episode from the first person point of view. I find that the first person point of view isn't the best to recollect stories of epic grandeur and what's waiting for Marcus & Cliff has nothing intimate. They will be entering the legend.
As some of you have seen, I have posted my first promo for Versus, my new episodic. I have yet to decide if I will keep three series a week. It's a lot of work and it keeps me from working on "Solace". I don't feel I'm giving you the best of me while doing this so Versus might be flying solo for its tenure. This way I can concentrate on quality rather than quantity. Black Sun, Aftershock and Law Of The Gun taught me a lot, but time is now to focus my writing on precise targets.
Stay tuned, Dead End Follies will soar to new highs again!
