L.A Noire (The New Best Thing Since Sliced Bread)

It's been a while since I have commented on a video game here. Fight Night Champion was somewhat of a bust, but here's what's on horizon for me. L.A Noire, the mythic collaboration in between Team Bondi and the legendary creators at Rockstar Games. It seems to be the hardest thing to have a well-balanced police story in a video game. Here's one where you investigate, interrogate, beat people up and if they're really naughty, shoot them in the face. The last game that allowed you to do that (as managed to be fun), was the Police Quest series made from 1987 to 1993. Since then we came through a long eighteen years corridor where the only important thing was to shoot everything that moves. Will that game be able to blend the elements together? I sure hope so. I should run a diary of my gaming sessions here, like I did with the magnificent Mass Effect 2.

Video game, what's that? LOL! The last time I played a video game was Ms. Pac-Mac, Centipede, Donkey Kong, and Frogger. ;) So you can guess how old I am. Let's leave it at that! :))
