Two psychos named Sean Michael Robinson and Joy Delyria took the critics seriously when they compared David Simon's The Wire to a Dickensian novel and re-imagined the whole thing as a Victorian serial. Here's the complete story, with a sweet panel of Omar comin' yo! I'm not sure it's a completely serious project, but seeing the infamous "fuuuuuuuck" investigation scene, re-imagined in a Victorian setting cracked me up this Friday.
