What are you looking for, homie?

Dead End Journal: The Big Move

I did it. I free'd Dead End Follies from the professional purpose I gave it. From the get-go, having a gaming blog without the words "game" or "gaming" in it was weird. Gaming was a crutch I needed when I had nothing to talk about. After a while it kinda of hijacked the purpose of Dead End Follies, so I had to create the split. Now it's only about me and my ambitions. It's a bit stressful to have no security net in case I have a blogging-related case of writer's block.

I'm happy though. Crowds will not mix anymore. Gamers have no interest in fiction. I expect Dead End Follies's traffic to drop drastically, but the people that will stay will be all about the fiction and the blogging. Am I interesting enough? I guess so. I will have to open up a lot more about myself and what I do in order to keep the production flow steady. I spend enough time in front of a computer to share my daily portion of internet wonders anyway.

It's all about me now. About what I do, who I am and what will become of this dream I have to complete this novel of mine and to be published. The few strong that will stay with me, I thank you already for that.
